3 main reasons these things are unattainable currently:
i. i don't have the cash.
ii. i can't ask my parents as they deem most of these too childish.
iii. i have no idea where to get them, as nearby malls don't have these, and i have no credit card to buy online.
[mainly this.]
so i'm gonna list them down here instead, in hopes that some good Samaritan would deem it wise to gift me these things. can't a guy dream?
i. Yoda Plush Backpack
yes, i want this so bad. i get the shivers just imagining having old Master Yoda on my back. "Use the Force, you must!". Besides, it's completely adorable!!!
awww i wanna hug him... |
ii. Battlestar Galactica model
i'm kinda sad that the show's over, it was so awesome. which is why i want this so.frakking.bad.
"We have contact on the DRADIS. Raiders."
"Then launch the frakking Vipers already."

*incidentally, DVDs of seasons 1 to 4 would also work.
SO SAY WE ALL!!! |
iii. R2-D2 Usb Hub
oh artoo, i wish you existed. you'd make an awesome pet. alas, we'll have to make do with this miniature you.
*it chirps, squeals, and beeps!!!
**articulated legs!!! awesome!
***4 usb hubs to connect, for that authentic feel of artoo hacking your laptop.

Beep!!! |
yes, i would write using these. there is no shame in being a fan of R2! besides, it's DIY, adding to the coolness factor.
the Force is strong in this writing! |
Do your part for humanity!!! So Say We All!!!
*i might be a little weak against Number 6... i mean, i'd admit i was a Cylon if she let me spend the day with her!!! screw humanity then!

vi. LEGOs
yes, LEGOs. they're awesome solely due to the fact that they're an exercise of creativity. sure, you could build what you bought, but where's the fun in that? the stuff you can build with these bricks are infinite; limited only by the boundaries of our minds. among those i covet are the Star Wars series, and the Inventor ones. mostly i just want to have enough bricks to bring forth my own creations.
i actually have this, albeit a little greyish. |
oh puh-lease let me have that Venator. though i wouldn't know where to put it. |
vii. NERF
woohoo guns!!! big guns!!! well, dart shooting guns, but they're still BIG GUNS! i'd settle for the standard NERF guns but oh what i wouldn't give for this baby. resistance is futile, if < 1 ohm.
viii. TRON light cycle
okay, i haven't watched the sequel yet, and probably won't. i'm just too ingrained with the original to care. however, this thing is to awesome to cast aside just because of my preference to retro. i mean, this thing can go on walls! that alone makes it warrant a purchase. the light trails transform this to a magnum opus.
if only Clu had this, he would've lived... |
ix. Lightsabers
yes, it's a toy. but since real ones probably won't come to existence in my lifetime, it'll have to do. the blades are removable, and even lights up for an authentic feel. god i so want this thing just to hear it hum on my grasp...
x. Geek clothing
though i possess significant knowledge of the geek universe, i certainly lack the proper fashion. i just wish these nearby stores would sell me a nice Monty Python shirt instead.
only in Mother Russia! |
Refer to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, not the Encyclopedia Galactica. |
